At the Hotel 10 Chain, it is established that check-in must be made by 12 noon on the reservation day and check-out by 11:00 a.m. Special cases of early check-in or late check-out should be consulted in the sales policy document or directly at hotel reception.
Units at Hotel 10 offer parking, Wi-Fi and breakfast, served from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., complimentary to guests. At Hotel 10, there are no surprises when it comes to the amount. The advertised amount is the amount charged.

By making a reservation on the Hotel 10 website, you accept and agree to the no-show cancellation policy and any additional hotel terms and conditions that may apply to your reservation or stay, especially in respect to services rendered and/or products offered.  If you would like to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please read the confirmation e-mail and follow the instructions to do so.

Please note that the hotel may charge the cancellation if stated in the cancellation and no-show conditions. If you cancel or change your reservation up to 24 hours prior to arrival (considering check-in time at 12 noon), the daily rate will be refunded and no fee will be charged.   If you cancel late or in case of no show, 100% of the first night will be charged. If the customer does not contact us, the room will remain open for the period purchased and no refund will be made.

Cancelling or changing reservations can be done directly at the hotel, whose contact details are specified in the reservation confirmation sent by e-mail. In case of an interrupted stay, the total price agreed will be charged and no refund will be made. We recommend that you read the instructions and sales policy carefully before making your reservation.

Hotel 10 needs your credit card information to guarantee your reservation. That’s why we send your credit card information directly to the card company, who validates and authorizes the purchase. To protect your card and encode data when it is being sent to us, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Please note that your card may be authorized or debited (sometimes without any refund options) on certain rates or special offers after the reservation has been made and confirmed. Please check the room description carefully before making your reservation.

The Child and Adolescent Statute (Law 8.069 of July,13th 1990) defines as a crime, the accommodation of a child or adolescent in a hotel, motel, inn, lodge or similar establishment, unless accompanied by parents or guardians. To prove this, an identity document or birth certificate must be presented.

For minors unaccompanied by parents, written permission from parents with a notarized signature is required upon check-in. Please note that regardless of whether or not the minor is accompanied by a guardian, it is essential to present the child’s or adolescent’s ID at check-in.

The hotel can accommodate one small, trained pet per room. There is also a covered kennel available for larger animals. If you are staying with your pet, you must follow the procedures below:

  1. Complete the application form for your pet upon check-in.
  2. Carry your pet in your arms while in the common areas.
  3. Do not leave your pet unattended either in the room or in your vehicle.
  4. Always carry a plastic bag to collect any mess your pet leaves outside the hotel.

Pet accommodation costs 25% of the single room rate. This fee does not include food, bedding or any kind of pet accessory.   Small pets may stay in the ground floor apartments and at the sides of the building, preventing noise from disturbing the tranquility and comfort of other guests.
