Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions, which may change periodically, apply directly or indirectly to all our services available online, on mobile devices, e-mail or phone. Upon entering, browsing and using our website or any application by any means (here referred to, generally, as "website") and/or completing a reservation, you agree to have read and agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Cancellation

When making a reservation on the HOTEL 10 website, you must accept and agree with the terms of cancellation and non-appearance ("no-show") relevant to the reservation, and any extra terms and conditions described for the hotel that may be applied to your booking or your stay, inclusive of those relating to the services and/or products supplied by the hotel.

If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, read your email confirmation for instructions on how to do this. Please note that the hotel may apply a cancellation fee, where described in the conditions for cancellation and non-appearance.

If you cancel or make an alteration up to 24 hours before the arrival date (check-in time for the hotels is 11.00am local time): the value for the daily rate will be refunded and no charge will be made.

If you cancel later than this or in the event of non-appearance ("no-show"), then 100% of the charge for the first night will be deducted.

In the event that the customer does not enter into contact with the hotel, the room will remain available for the period requested and no refund will be made.

Cancellation or alteration of a reservation can be made directly via the hotel, the contact details for which are specified in the booking confirmation sent by email.

In the event your stay is interrupted the total agreed price will be charged and no refund made.

We recommend that you read the instructions and policies carefully before making a reservation.

Credit Cards

HOTEL 10 requires the details of your credit card to guarantee your reservation. To do this we send information from your credit card directly to the card operator (CIELO), in order to validate your credit card (i.e. to authorise your purchase). To protect and encrypt the details of your credit card when they are being sent, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Please note that your card may be authorised or charged (sometimes without any refund option) for certain tariffs or special offers, once the reservation has been made and confirmed. Carefully check the room description before making your reservation.

ACCOMMODATION - Minors

The article under the statue on Children & Adolescents - Law No.: 8.069 of 13 of July 1990 - defines accommodation for a child or adolescent in a hotel, motel, guesthouse, boarding house or similar establishment, unless accompanied by their parent(s) or guardian(s), a crime.

For proof of paternity, an identity document or birth certificate is required.

For minors not accompanied by their parent(s), a notarised written consent from the parent(s) must be submitted at check-in. Please remember that regardless of the minor’s status, whether or not accompanied by a parent or parents, it is essential that on check-in the identity documents for the minor are presented.

Privacy Policy

HOTEL 10 is committed to the privacy and security of its customers throughout the process of browsing and purchase on the website. Registered data for customers is not sold, exchanged or divulged to third parties, except where such information is essential in order to process the order, charge, or for participation in promotions requested by the customer.

HOTEL 10 uses cookies and your browser information (browser session) with the objective of drawing up a profile of people that visit the site and to further improve our services, products, and contents, and also to guarantee the best offers and promotions for you. Throughout this process we keep your information strictly confidential.

To further ensure that your data remains secure we discourage disclosure of your password to third parties, including relatives and friends.
